When will my order ship?
All products are made to order and therefore will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available; however I am currently unable to ship to the UK due to new tax laws. Sorry for the inconvenience, I am hoping to have this sorted out soon.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons. If products arrive damaged, they will be replaced.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes! As a girl with very sensitive ears, it is important to me that everyone can wear and enjoy my products. All posts are hypoallergenic, however some styles have brass components that should not easily come into contact with the skin.
How do I care for my clay earrings?
Avoid getting your earrings wet. Clay earrings should preferably be stored hanging up to avoid surface scratches or stains. Should stains or scratches occur, use a cotton round and rubbing alcohol to gently remove.
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately due to high demand, I am unable to take custom requests at this time.
